RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What are the return rules?

You can return an item within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels and packaging must be included.
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item must not be damaged, washed, altered, or show signs of wear.

Items returned without meeting these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

When will I get my money back?

Once your return arrives at our processing facility and passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

After this, your bank or card provider may take an additional 3–7 business days to complete the transfer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

What size should I buy?

Most of our clothing fits true to size, and each product page includes a detailed size chart to help you choose the perfect fit.

If you are in between two sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for a comfortable fit.

For items that are oversized, fitted or stretch-based, we clearly indicate this in the product description so you know what to expect.

To find your best fit, please refer to the CM/INCH measurements shown on the size chart for each product these measurements are accurate to the garment.
