Return Instructions
To begin a return, please contact us at info@montarello.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will guide you through the next steps and provide the correct return instructions and warehouse address.

All returns must be shipped to our central warehouse in Asia. Please do not send your return before contacting us first, as returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or damaged.

30-Day Return Window

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery whether it’s not quite the right fit or you’ve just had a change of heart, we’re here to help.

No Hidden Fees
We don’t charge restocking fees. What you pay is what you get no surprises.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we’ll process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the transaction.

Order Cancellation

We understand sometimes plans change. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@montarello.com on the same day you place your order. Cancellation requests must be received before 11:59 PM (CET) on the day of purchase, no matter what time of day you ordered.

After that, cancellation is no longer possible, because your order is sent to our supplier the next morning and will already be processing. In that case, you can wait for the delivery and return the item according to our return policy.
