Can I return an item?
Our return window is 30 days from delivery. To arrange a return, email info@montarello.com with your order number. We will provide instructions and the return address for our warehouse in Asia before you post your parcel.
Under our voluntary return offer, items should be unused and unworn, with their original tags and packaging. Keep your proof of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Who pays for return shipping?
You pay return postage for change-of-mind returns to our warehouse in Asia. There is no restocking fee.
If your item is damaged or defective, contact info@montarello.com so we can help and arrange the appropriate return process.
When will I receive my refund?
Under our 30-day return offer, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your bank or card provider may then take an additional 3–7 business days to display the credit.
We email you once the refund is issued. Any shorter deadline required by applicable consumer law still applies.
